The story...

Upala Botanicals is a one-woman, small-batch botanical atelier, born on the misty island of Salt Spring, Canada. Every mist, anointing oil, and elixir is handcrafted with intention, devotion, and reverence, blending sacred plant medicine, crystal essences, and energetic frequencies into offerings for the body, mind, and spirit.

I am Kaia...a certified aromatherapist and clinical herbalist, a Sekhem and Reiki Master, and a facilitator of breathwork, sound healing, and conscious dance. My life’s work is to create ritual tools that awaken the heart, womb, and soul, supporting you in reconnecting with your sacred essence and embodied wisdom.
